Okay, it’s over. April 7th is past. It was a life changing day for me 13 years ago when I suffered a neurological event and was determined through an MRI scan to be a brain disorder called Cavernous Angiomos (or Hemangiomos). My otherwise healthy lifestyle was in doubt, my priorities were changed, and nothing was taken for granted. As is the nature of the beast, it will worsen as I get older, bringing unforseen neurological events. It is my “thorn in the flesh” that has been more than compensated by the grace of God. I live daily with thoughts of how my life could change with just one event, perhaps today. Why even bring it up? It is because I am consumed with the fact that “all things work together for good to them who love God and who are called according to His purpose”. Life is an aventure not a sentence. In the end, God will get the glory and we will win! Love God, leave the outcome to Him, and focus on His purpose for your life. He may change the direction of your life , but He will never leave you nor forsake you.
